Brittani Niccole got two presents from her dad when she turned 18 — bigger boobs.

And he performed the operation.

“I have no qualms,” said Michael Niccole, a California plastic surgeon. “I feel very comfortable in surgery, and I always have with relatives.”

His daughter, who is now 23 and working as a model in Las Vegas, says in an upcoming interview on ABC’s “20/20” that she loves her C-cups.

“I didn’t have large breasts when I was younger, and all my friends did,” she says. “I felt very self-conscious about it.”

Judging from her Facebook picture, Niccole has gotten over that.

Father and daughter dished as part of a piece about teenagers getting cosmetic surgery.

In an earlier interview with The Orange County Register, Niccole said the day she got her breasts done was “one of the best days of my life so far.”

Asked whether she considered going to another doctor, Niccole said, “It never crossed my mind.”

Niccole also got a nose job from her dad about a week before she turned 21.

Michael Niccole, who runs the Cosmeticare Plastic Surgery Center in Newport Beach, Calif., said he has operated on other relatives.

For example, the doc said he turned the “outtie” belly button of his other adopted daughter, 23-year-old Charm, into an “innie” when she was ten.

“Who would give them the time — that extra little look during surgery more than I would?” the surgeon said.

Michael Niccole said he also gives the girls regular Botox injections to keep them wrinkle-free.

“I’m not changing their looks in any means,” he said. “They want maintenance. They don’t want to get old. They want to stay young.”

So it seems I have dropped the ball for a last 6 months. I have gotten a new job running some social media sites and blogging site for a couple of other companies and this blog seems to have slipped my mind. Remember that woman that was on Oprah years ago that was stabbed by a marlin or a swordfish or something, but her breast implants saved her?  For some reason, I bring that up in conversation all the time.

This story will probably be added to the rotation now, too.   The Romanian Times reports that “A busty Austrian woman was saved from drowning on a Croatian holiday by her boobs.

“Jana Filipsky, 30, had been partying all night and stripped off down to her bikini bottoms to jump into the water and cool off while on her way home.”

This seems like a fine idea after one’s been dancing in the summer heat, but poor Jana soon realized that she was too drunk to swim.   So, in a stroke of genius, she let her boobs do the work—all night long.

A police patrol boat picked her up early in the morning the next day.

She was fished out of the water where officers said they believed the woman’s chest had helped to keep her floating the right way up – and to stop her drowning.

Men are screwed in this sort of situation.  But we have to wonder: do real boobs act as floatation devices, or must they be implants?

A battle of the boobs has erupted on Long Island between the jiggle-and-grub joint Hooters and a brash challenger named Canz.

So far, Canz owners — who openly say they want to deflate Hooters’ business — have poached 25 scantily clad waitresses from their rival.

A chief strategy, they said, is offering Hooters waitresses better treatment at work.

Ex-Hooters gals told The Post they were tired of getting hair-dye plans approved by management, covering up tattoos, and facing probation if they gained weight.

“They make us feel uncomfortable with our bodies there,” ex-Hooters babe Carly Adesso, 19, of Ronkonkoma said after defecting to Canz.

So far, Canz has set up shop in Hooters territory, opening sites in Westbury, two miles away from the East Meadow Hooters. They’ll soon open a joint in Patchogue, just 10 miles from the Islandia Hooters.

“We just realized that no one has ever challenged Hooters,” said Tim Lorito, 32, a Ronkonkoma native and former minor-league baseball player who co-owns the Canz franchise with Matthew Dill, 27.

The rivalry has even featured bizarre allegations of corporate espionage.

Canz employees claim they’ve caught Hooters staffers surreptitiously recording videos in their restaurants to steal business secrets.

“They have people come in here and videotape us” in order to copy waitresses’ mannerisms, said another Hooters defector, Gina Ilczyszyn, 22, of Levittown.

Hooters also recently sent a battalion of their girls into the Westbury Canz and had them chat up customers — in an effort to lure them to their East Meadow location. Security guards had to ask them to leave.

A businessman who owns Long Island Hooters locations, Buddy DeMarco, did not return a call for comment.

Use an Angled/Blush brush with a Pressed Powder 1-2 shades darker than your natural skin tone to create contour shading. With a back and forth (windshield wiper like motion) apply the darker shadow around the chest area that is visible as well as going into the area of the clothing (in case your clothing moves you don’t want to have a shadow that just abruptly ends).

 

Step 3: Highlight

With a Blender Deluxe brush use a Pressed Powder 1-2 shades lighter than your complexion to highlight the area around where you just used the darker shadows. (NOTE: Do not apply the light and dark shadows directly on top of each other…they will look ruddy. Place then next to each other for proper contouring). Gently blend the edges from both colors to smooth them, also going into the shirt area. Remember to add highlight in the center of breasts as well.

 

Step 4: Bronzed Goddess

To complete the look and have it look seamless, use a bronzer with a Fan brush and apply it over the entire chest to get a nice glow and make everything look even toned and effective.

Katie underwent her first bout of chemotherapy and hopes her moving diary will raise awareness of the disease.

‘I think a lot of people are naive to the exact process of chemotherapy,’ said the 21-year-old, who was diagnosed with cancer a month ago as she prepared to take her final English literature degree exam.

In her first blog, Katie, from Ware, Hertfordshire, told how she reacted to the diagnosis: ‘I thought I was dreaming. I did think at any moment I was going to wake up but, of course, I didn’t and this is the harsh reality of it all.’

Even when times get hard strong-willed Katie has vowed to ‘stick at it’ and keep blogging about her experience with the life-threatening disease.

She said: ‘I hope to blog at least once a week. I know there is a lot more treatment to come and hard decision to make, but I am preparing myself for it.

‘I will stick at it for myself and for others. I have received so many supportive message from other sufferers and they are a real comfort.

‘At the moment I am still living my life as much as I can, but I may not be able to soon.’

Scotland’s first bodycasting studio, The Wee Treat, gives people the chance to pose for a unique piece.

Owner Lee Walls, 32, said: “Most people have it done for their partners for birthdays, Valentine’s Day or Christmas.

“It makes an unusual gift. We had someone who had her bum done recently and gave it to her husband at a party.

“And we’ve had a request from someone who wants her whole body done.

“She wants to give it to her partner.

“The pieces become a real talking point for people.”

Firewalk instructor and motivational coach Lee, of Dunfermline, Fife, runs the bodycasting business from a studio in her home town, along with artist Celie Byrne.

As well as boobs and bums, the studio has had requests for casts of pregnancy bumps.

Prices start at s39 for boobs and bums and around s65 for baby bumps.

Mum-of-one Lee and Celie – daughter of artist and playwright John Byrne – make the casts from modroc, bandages infused with plaster of Paris.

It is left on the customer for around 20 minutes before the pair finish the cast with a smoothing agent, then paint it, usually in bronze, silver or gold.

Barmaid Joanne Jamieson, 31, from Tranent, East Lothian, had a cast done of her torso.

She said: “It’s a great experience. It’s something different and a good thing to keep or give to someone.”

After opening the Wobble application the user can select a photo to animate and position the round Wobble region overlays onto the photo. Then the fun begins. Wobble will work on photos either taken by the user, or saved from the Internet as well as those received via email.

A Chicago lawyer says his opponent in a small claims case is using an unfair tactic by sitting a buxom woman next to him at counsel’s table.

Attorney Thomas Gooch says the woman’s sole purpose “is to draw the attention of the jury away from the relevant proceedings” – a dispute over a used car. He has asked Cook County Circuit Judge Anita Rivkin-Carothers to order the woman to sit in the gallery with other spectators.

In responding to the pretrial motion, attorney Dmitry N. Feofanov said the woman is his paralegal assistant and contends Gooch cites no “good faith legal argument” why she can’t sit at counsel’s table. Feofanov, who in the past has described himself as a “consumer protection lawyer”, asked Rivkin-Carothers to impose sanctions on Gooch for his motion.

Gooch told the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin he wasn’t objecting to the woman because she is buxom, but because he doesn’t think she is a paralegal.

“Personally, I like large breasts,” he said. “However, I object to somebody I don’t think is a qualified paralegal sitting at the counsel table – when there’s already two lawyers there – dressed in such a fashion as to call attention to herself.”

Gooch said he and Feofanov have faced off in mandatory arbitration. At the time, he objected to the woman sitting at the counsel table and arbitrators asked her to leave, he said.

Feofanov said he “didn’t believe it is professional to try a case in the press”. However, he turned over public documents on the case to the Daily Law Bulletin.

According to Feofanov, the paralegal, who the Law Bulletin says is identified in documents as Daniella Atencia, has been paid as a paralegal in two court orders by Cook County judges. Both times, the rate for the paralegal was $115 an hour.

“That’s not a qualification,” Gooch said. “That means Dmitry handed up a bill to a judge that said paralegal on it. I don’t believe it’s a legitimate thing. It’s a sham.”

The case, Song and Maria Sayavongsa v. Exotic Motors Inc., is scheduled for trial June 2.
